Once inside the ground floor has one step down into the kitched but the rest of the living area, the single bedroom and shower room are all on the same level. There are 4 steps up into the back part of the property but then the ground floor double bedroom and bathroom are all on one level. Outside, the gardens and paths are uneven, there are steps and cobbles to get to the patio although a longer flatter route is available.
  • DO YOU WELCOME CHILDREN?
Yes, children are very welcome. We have plenty of space inside and in the garden for play. We do ask that children are supervised as the property does contain hazards and uneven areas, frigile objects and parts of the garden are for our private use. The front yard is not suitable for children to play in as it is used for vehicular access at all times and does not have a closable gate to the road.

Yes, we are pet friendly to a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs are welcome but strictly downstairs only and not in the bedrooms. We reserve the right charge for extra cleaning through the Sykes Good Housekeeping Bond should dog hairs etc be found upstairs and in the bedrooms after you have vacated the property. There is a large garden for dogs to roam but the boundary is not 100% dogproof. We have our own dog and free-range hens in the rest of the property so please supervise all dogs, and please, clean up all poo after them.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE INFANT COTS AND HIGHCHAIRS?
We have one high chair but ask guests to bring their own cot, baby changing and bathing equipment. These are not provided as we believe parents prefer their own equipment rather than items pre-used.

Not only do we have a BBQ but also a wood fired pizza oven and firepit at your disposal in the garden. A complimentary bag of charcoal for the BBQ is provided, and there is plenty of wood available for the pizza oven and firepit. Yes, there is a large off road parking area in the walled front yard sufficient for 5 cars if parked sensibly. There is a common access shared with the owners for the house next door which is in constant use so please be mindful when parking not to block this. If more parking is required, the road outside the property is wide enough to accommodate a few more cars if parked considerately to passing traffic.
  • HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING POINT?
